Project Manager Job

Our client is seeking a Project Manager to manage a CRM project on a contract basis in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all designs, plans and coordination are accounted for to deploy the project application
• Adhere to standard project management industry practices and have a firm understanding of the CRM project
• Create project charter, work plans, monitor progress with the project and implementation of this project
• Oversee the retirement of the current mainframe application and validate all integration points with various other software platforms
• Work closely with the vendor providing the software and the Information Services Manger managing the current mainframe application

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field and at least seven years experience in project management
• Experience with information system and acceptance testing
• Experience interfacing with all areas affected by the project including stakeholders, managers, vendors and end users
• Experience with CRM deployment and integrating with SAP
• Experience developing and delivering presentations
• PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Knowledge of Six Sigma a plus
• Project Management certification
• Knowledge, experience and projects deployed for a call center
• Experience processing work orders in a public sector environment
• Knowledge and experience integrating COTS solutions with Mainframe and COTS Work Order Management applications
• Knowledge of SAP Plant Maintenance
