Dental Office Manager

The Dental Office Manager is responsible for creating a financially viable office, while being responsible for the overall results of the office. Maintain a good working environment for all by developing staff, ensuring patient satisfaction and providing leadership.

The qualified candidate will have:
  • At least 3 years of management experience

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Proven multi-tasking ability

  • P&L management experience of at least $3-5 million

  • Professional demeanor

  • Proven leadership qualities
