Job Description

NURSE DIRECTOR - SURGICAL SERVICES
Award wining facility searching for dynamic NURSE DIRECTOR - SURGICAL SERVICES for their growing surgical department in the Las Vegas area!

Qualifications:
  • BSN; MSN preferred
  • CGRN preferred but not required
  • Proven leadership experience with demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
  • Solid background in planning, organizing and supervising

    Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for coordinating all facets of department operations - staffing, scheduling, compliance, etc.
  • Facilitates interdepartmental collaboration with staff at all levels
  • Responsible for clinical competency, educational and professional development of staff
  • Assists instructors in schools of education in providing opportunities for student learning experiences

    Compensation:
    Salary commensurate with qualifications
