Key Role:
Provide contracts management analytical support to DoD client program offices. Offer analytical support for the development and execution of contracting strategies. Provide contractual, procedural, and policy analysis to DoD client program managers. Supply analysis to support the management of existing contracts and the development of new contracts. Prepare contract modification requests, procurement requests, task and delivery orders, statements of work, and statements of objectives and track DD250s, invoices, CDRLs, and deliverables. Assist with the document development for PR packages and RFPs for new contract requirements. Participate in the development of common processes related to contracts management. This position is located in San Diego, CA.
Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with acquisition and government contract management, including acquisition process and developing program documentation
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with the US government or DoD, including Army, Navy, Air Force, or Marines
-Experience with Microsoft products preferred
-Knowledge of government contracts and the RFP process preferred
-Knowledge of performance-based contracting, FAR, and DFARS preferred
-Ability to be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision
-Ability to be team-oriented and apply team-building skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
