Job Description:

The Senior Compensation Analyst will analyze, administer, and assist with the development of compensation processes and programs including job evaluation, merit, market surveys and studies, and salary structure development and maintenance for North America



Job Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:  

 

�         Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.

 

�         At least 5 years of Administration experience in Compensation.

 

�         Experience with applicable compensation software applications/products; experience with personal computer applications including:  Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and OutLook.

 

Other Qualifications:

 

�         Knowledge relevant laws and regulations including, FLSA, Equal Pay Act, Title VII, Tax, Accounting, and SEC regulations, related to compensation programs.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications  

 

�         Masters degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.

 

�         Experience in sub-functional areas of Compensation, such as Sales Compensation, Executive Compensation or Equity Plan design.

 

�         CCP designation.
