Description Call Center Supervisor
Palmetto Citizens
Credit Union is hiring a Member Service Supervisor at our Call Center. Responsibilities include: monitoring efficiency, assisting members, providing service, cross-sell- ing, and the development and supervision of 8-10 staff. Supervisory experience required. A service and sales background is a plus. Hours are Mon- Thurs 8:45-5 and 8:45-6 on Friday. The position also has bonus and incentive programs.
