If you strive for excellence and have a high level of integrity, we’re interested in you!The During Travel Specialist is responsible for providing individualized and superior during- and post-travel customer assistance in our fast-paced, high volume, 24-hour service center. This position supports all of TMTC's SBU's. This position is 3rd shift, with hours from 11pm - 7:30am, with rotating weekends and some holidays.Essential Functions:

Respond to and answer incoming customer calls.

Follow up with travel agents and suppliers to solve problems in real time.

Respond to policy exception refund requests via phone, email, and written correspondence.

Follow up with internal contacts to report and correct problems.

Requirements

1 to 2 years of customer service, call center, or related customer contact experience.

College degree preferred but not required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to work independently; however, is also able to work in a team atmosphere.

Strong proactive and creative problem solving, administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
