General Duties:
- Keep accurate files of all documents received and generated.
- Enter student data, attendance and schedules into system.
- Assist in student registration and related processes for the institution.
- Evaluate and resolve student inquiries.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines with superior attention to detail.
- Comply with all policies, procedures and regulations.
- Generate and maintain instructor contracts.
- Generate and maintain the master schedule.
- Maintain Master Syllabus list.
- Audit incoming student transcripts.
- Assist in the scheduling of students.
- Maintain classroom signage.
- Assist in the generation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
- Assist with re-entry students.
- Assist in the coordination of the annual graduation activities.
- Help answer phones.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to interact effectively with the public, communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
- Three to four years effective and relevant administrative duties.
- Must have advanced computer skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
