Delivers specialized clinical nursing services. Performs initial/ongoing evaluation of client needs to assess care plan consistent with physician orders for treatments. Participates in continuing quality improvement activities.
Required Education and Experience: Associate’s degree or diploma in nursing or equivalent and 1 year nursing experience, including 1 year specialized registered nurse experience in acute or home care environment. Completion of intravenous skill inventory/training and strong venous access skills required.
