Position Summary:
The Occupational Health RN is an integral member of the Occupational Health Team. The RN provides care for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients with occupationally related illness or injury. In conjunction with the nurse practitioner, oversees the Employee Health Program and provides necessary health maintenance and occupational surveillance activities to employees throughout the Holy Redeemer Health System. In addition the OH RN is responsible for coordinating and/or providing work safety educational programs for HRHS employees. Is also responsible for medical case management of Holy Redeemer Health System employees with work related injuries and illnesses.
Recruitment Requirements:
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License required
- BSN preferred
- Occupational Health experience or related experience required
- Nursing Education Experience required
- Case Management or Utilization/Disease Management Experience required
- Occupational Health Certification required
- Phlebotomy skills required
- Audiometric Technician Certification required
- BCLS certification required
