Background Investigator/Researcher/Court Researcher

Job Description

- Entering clients' background screening orders, including job applicants' personal information.
  • Checking applicant-supplied information against that collected from independent sources.
  • Searching for Arizona criminal records on job applicants and ordering out-of-state criminal record checks, as appropriate.
  • Ordering driving reports and credit reports on applicants, and verifying their education and employment histories.
  • Answering clients' questions and addressing any concerns.
  • Perusing court records to determine whether the personal identifier information contained in a case file matches that of the subject.
  • Collecting information about the case from court records and preparing summary reports for clients.

    Working hours: Monday - Friday
    8am - 5pm

    Job Requirements

    Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

  • Excellent keyboarding skills (35 wpm minimum).
  • Keen attention to detail and high-level accuracy.
  • The ability to quickly absorb, retain and apply new learning.
    Must be adaptable and possess superior customer service skills.
