SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of the following in the position's area of responsibility: Yields, efficiencies, safety programs, supply accounts, production costs for highest plant revenue, customer satisfaction by reducing and eliminating product claims, retention efforts to reduce turnover, labor costs, and all other facets of the shift as assigned by management. This position is responsible for food safety, food quality, and legality.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred.Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of experience with at least 2 years at the Superintendent level or above. Past experience in plant operations and food inspection required.Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required.Communication Skills: Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.Travel: 1-5 trips per yearSupervisory Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for managing 2 or more groups of personnel.
