Strategic Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a Mortgage Reporting Specialists/Data Analyst for a large client in Plano, TX.  

We are looking for candidates who have worked with default lending or within a Mortgage Default Group generating reports and meeting with business users to determine reporting needs.  Familiar with terms like REO, Loss Mitigation, etc.

Daily responsibilities would include:

  • Maintaining and generating operational and portfolio reports
  • Gathering requirements and creating adhoc reports
  • Work with business leaders to set up operational reporting needs 
  • Working with a variety of data sources including Passport.
  • Writing SQL Queries and Excel Formulas

This is a 6+ month contract with a pay rate of $33.00 hr. W2


 

 


Qualified candidates must have the following experience:

-  Must have 5+ years experience in a Mortgage, default lending environment
-  Solid Ad-hoc Mortgage reporting experience
-  Passport experience (tool to extract data from Mortgage Service Platform (MSP))
-  Extensive experience with Access, Excel and Powerpoint
-  Manager is looking for someone with old school reporting or scripting experience
-  Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
