Position Description: 
Positions in this function include more traditional administrative/clerical support roles including: answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. At senior levels, function may include supervision of other clerical/administrative staff.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Proficient - intermediate skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • 3 years of experience working in an Administrative Assistant role supporting senior management and team
  • 3 years of making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and expense reports
  • 3 years of experience handling information of highly sensitive and confidential nature
  • Experience working with clinical staff is a plus
  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet agreed upon deadlines
  • Works with others as part of a team
  • High school education or equivalent experience
