LOAN WORKOUT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
The Managed Assets Representative III provides Commercial Loan Workout services to the Business Banking group at Chase Bank, managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized problem credits with small business clients where the relationships have aggregate business credit exposure of up to $500,000 for the purpose of preserving loan principal, collecting interest and preventing delinquency and losses. Develops and implements a plan of action to protect and improve the bank's position in the credits through negotiating satisfactory repayment schedules, obtaining additional collateral and/or restructuring facilities as appropriate. Reviews existing loan documentation for errors and omissions, and evaluates client's financial strength and capacity to repay outstanding debt. Ensures collateral lien is perfected and determines collateral's current value.

Requirements
Must have 2+ years experience in Managed Assets/Commercial Loan Workout and Commercial Loan Collections experience, including extensive workout experience in asset based
workout, commercial real estate, investment real estate, construction lending workout, and leasing.
Must have directed outside legal counsel through legal actions and Chapter 11 bankruptcy to determine best business decision for the bank
Experience monitoring liens and liquidating Accounts Receivables, Inventory and Equipment
3+ years of commercial credit experience , including underwriting and financial statement analysis
Working knowledge of commercial credit, financial statement analysis, loan documentation, bankruptcy and related legal issues.
.Demonstrated strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Analytic and problem solving skills.
Ability to formulate and articulate objective views based on professional analysis.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience involving economics, finance and accounting.
