Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers.  Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
  • Impact of work is most often at the team level

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associates or BS/BA degree preferred
  • 5+ years with Supervisor/Management experience required, including coaching and mentoring
  • 5+ years call center customer service experience
  • Human Resource policies and procedures
  • PC skills (e.g., Word, Excel and Power Point) 
  • Medical doctor office, facility experience preferred 
  • Medical insurance experience preferred
  • Experience leading personnel toward the attainment of exceptional performance results
  • Strong communication/documentation skill required
  • Knowledge of Call Center systems such as CMS and IEX preferred
  • Basic knowledge and experience in finance (budgeting) and cost accounting desired, but not required
  • Strong leadership skills highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge and experience in finance (budgeting) and cost accounting desired, but not required
