Central New Jersey public housing authority seeks qualified individualfor housing property manager position for two senior citizen developments. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred. Individual will be responsible for all property management functions, but also must be able to relate to the clients and address many issues arising with an elderly population,such as working with next of kin or appropriate agencies when resident can no longer care for themselves, finding resources to assist residents with independent living within the unit, organizing social activities and speakers.
