General Summary:
Serve as expert resource to clients in the use of CDSS products and service.Thorough in-depth product knowledge, serve as a key resource in the identification, creation, and editing of supporting documentation content necessary to develop and support CDSS products, including white papers and other tools used by internal and external clients. Support the CDSS Team in the provision of training, coaching and support to clients in Core measures, Datavision, comparative data reports, and the resolution of data quality issues.
Essential Job Functions:
qAssist CDSS Product Support Team in the support of day-to-day client issues and questions regarding data quality and product functionality of division products and services.
qMaintain current understanding of CPMS software changes that support regulatory changes as defined by JCAHO and CMS.
qIn collaboration with CDSS Product Development Team, identify required changes to CDSS products and services necessary for supporting regulatory requirements.
qProvide documentation content to support new and existing products and services.This includes creation or editing of content for report interpretation guides, white papers, online documentation and help systems, Web pages, multimedia presentations, and sales promotion materials.
qIn collaboration with CDSS Operations Manager, identify and develop methods to streamline responses to common CDSS questions resulting in fewer call logs while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
qProvide content for Frequently Asked Questions on the website and also improve the process whereby documents are added to the search engine.
qConduct on-line WebEx tutorials and product training sessions for new and existing clients as needed.
qPerform data analysis at designated client sites in order to identify data quality problems.
qConduct Internet searches on topics relevant to the department’s needs.
qDevelop and maintain collaborative relationships with other departments within the organization to further the integration of division products and services.

qTravel is not a routine part of this position, although may be required on an occasional basis as needed to support high profile clients, sales and team learning.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required (experience may be substituted for higher education).Must have a demonstrated history of critical thinking and self-directed learning, along with a successful history of collaborative team participation in a high paced work environment.Experience with JCAHO/CMS Core Measure initiative highly desirable.Applicants with experience with MIDAS+, MIDAS+ CPMS and DataVision highly desirable, but not necessary if experienced in core measure data abstraction.
