Assignment Capsule
As a Clinical Innovations Process Manager you will analyze, create, improve and implement new clinical processes across various functional areas of Humana, evaluating the effects of your process changes by quantitatively and qualitatively measuring them against internal and external benchmarks.

  • Identify departmental objectives and drive process methodology that will achieve all desired business outcomes.
  • Model business consultation capabilities to align required needs with executable business solutions.
  • Articulate a realistic vision that incorporates continuous operational improvements into daily business practice.

Role Essentials
  • Valid nursing license without restrictions
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business or related field
  • Progressive business consulting and/or operational leadership experience
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Project and Visio


Role Desirables
  • Master's Degree on Business Administration

    Reporting Relationships
    You will have 6-8 direct reports, and you will report to the Corporate Director of Clinical Intake Team.
