Analyst BA - Off-near/shore Agile Distributed Team Environment
POSITION DUTIES CIBER, Inc. is searching for two experienced Business Analysts to work in on-site in the Philadelphia metro area for its Minneapolis based client. This role will be 12-18 months long and primarily consist of working with the business to identify and document enhancements to current front end applications to insure the needs of existing customers are met.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS The successful Business Analyst candidates will also have the following:
Experience working in an Agile environment
Domain level experience required - Payroll/HR/Benefits
Cross functional and geographically dispersed team experience is desired
Expertise in writing requirements documentation for software developers
Experience communicating with and directing an English speaking off-shore development Team
Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization
Superior written, verbal and presentation skills
