FACILITIES DEPARTMENT PLANNER/ASSISTANTWorking with minimal supervision will coordinate and expedite the operations of the Facilities Department. As the data entry operator of the CMMS duties will include: processing and inputting corrective work orders, preventive maintenance work orders and calibration work orders; initiate scheduling modules and generate monthly status and metrics reports; maintain and update parts inventory module. Process and track facilities purchasing activities. Maintain all outside vendor�s contracts and schedule calibrations and PMs performed by outside vendors with equipment users. Initiate new and renew existing POs for contract PMs and Calibration. Support the department SOP activities, track training records and perform additional administrative duties as requested.

Job Requirements
 

�An Associates of Arts degree preferred�A minimum of two years experience working in an FDA regulated environment�A working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems�Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision�Excellent verbal and written communication skills�The ability to multitask and exercise good judgment�The ability to work in a fast pace environment and maintain a high level of customer service�Detailed oriented with good follow-up skills�Proficient in computer usage with standard business software
