Elite Travel Team Job Summary

An Elite Travel Team Member is a professional individual who is able to perform multiple job functions to assist a retail branch during staffing shortages. As a front-line of TSFG, this employee greets and serves all clients in a positive and professional manner. A Travel Team Member is expected to perform at least one of three skill-sets. Skill-sets are considered functioning positions of Teller, Head Teller and Money Manager. Travel Team members must work within the established guidelines and standards outlined for each position. A Travel Team Member must be knowledgeable in all retail policies and procedures and have an ability to travel among a network of branches.

Adheres to bank policy, procedure and security measures to protect clients and avoid losses to the bank. Performs routine Teller transactions as well as Money Manager functions accurately and independently. Integrates sales skills into daily activities to insure the attainment of goals/expectations. Fully embraces the sales process by recognizing and actively pursuing opportunities to sell and or refer TSFG products and services to clients. Demonstrates exemplary service and professionalism to clients and prospects through the effective use of positive body language. Provides support, guidance and motivation techniques to team members. Flexible with a willingness to accept change. Performs and assists with other branch related duties as requested.

Elite Travel Team Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Successful completion of TSFG eligibility testing
3. Minimum of 1 year experience in Retail Banking environment, to include proactive sales skills and cash handling experience
4. Familiarity with personal computers and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
5. Commitment to the team for at least 12 months (ineligible to post for other positions)
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as professional image
7. Analytical skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
8. A high energy level, sales orientation and the ability to work with the public in a positive manner
9. Availability to travel to various branches as required
