The Best-in-Class Finance (BICF) Program is a group created as a part of the Citi Finance organization to support "One Finance for One Citi" vision and transformation of the finance processes and organization. BICF is the company-wide Global initiative with the major goals to re-design, improve efficiency and effectiveness of the entire Citi Finance organization. It is part of the Citi CFO's four Pillars of Finance. The position is with the Re-Engineering/Right-Shoring Global work stream of the BICF initiative. The major goal of the position is to drive re-engineering of the finance processes and optimization of the finance organization. Core responsibilities are as follows: - Lead/support re-engineering projects for Citi Finance organization (US businesses, international regions/countries, Global functions) - Lead/support right-shoring projects for Citi Finance organization and implementation of the shared services model - Conduct organizational assessments and design new organizational and capacity models for finance organization - Conduct current state assessments and develop future state designs for various finance processes - Work with distributed BICF re-engineering network and different Finance areas to ensure implementation of developed solutions - Assist various finance areas in their reengineering efforts as required - Work with BICF Re-engineering network to ensure execution and delivery of agreed re-engineering goals
Job Requirements
Requirements: - minimum 8 years of work experience in Financial services or consulting fields required - bachelor degree in finance or business fields required, MBA preferred - internal experience within Citi Finance and knowledge of Citi Finance organization and processes strongly preferred - demonstrated ability to manage and drive transformational projects - process re-engineering experience a plus - familiarity with process re-engineering and process improvement techniques - strong communication and presentation skills - strong ability to influence people without direct authority - ability to work independently and interact with senior management
