Description The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Wears headset, requires sitting for extended periods of time, about 95 percent of the time. Requires normal hearing and speaking in order to communicate over the phone. Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a switchboard and keyboard. While performing this job the employee is subject to punctures, muscle strain and paper cuts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. .

Requirements Education: High school diploma or GED required. PBX training is preferred Licensure/Certifications: None Experience: One year in a similar capacity or formal PBX training program is required. Excellent telephone and communication skills, pleasing voice, clear diction, light typing and filing helpful.
