Description

RemX Specialty Staffing is hiring professional Customer Service Representatives for our client located in the Las Colinas area!  If you are dedicated and prepared to make an impact, APPLY ASAP!  Positions available immediately!!
 

Position Description:
Verification Specialists will make outbound calls to large medical insurance carrier groups to obtain eligibility information, then update the data into our client’s internal system. In addition to making outbound calls, you will research eligibility information online with various carriers and update the state eligibility system.



Position REQUIRMENTS: 

  • At minimum of 2 years of previous outbound call center experience!
  • Intermediate computer skills, typing 35 wpm.
  • Ability to successfully pass a criminal background screen.
  • Professional attitude and communication and a commitment to succeed.

 
Previous experience that would be helpful:

  • Commercial Insurance Background
  • Healthcare Call Center

 

Pay Rate: $11.00 an hour

Hours:  Medical Insurance Verifications Specialists work ONLY 3 days (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) per week and have 4 days off.   All applicants MUST be able to work 7am –7:30pm and available for daily overtime, if needed.
