As Plant Controller your mission is to:

• Provide financial support to enhance profitability.  
• Responsible for the accuracy and controls around physical inventory, as well as safe keeping fixed assets of the company
• Monitor the accuracy of standard costing methods. 
• Understand process flows and have a hands-on approach to operations and plant activities.
• Study activity drivers and allocate overhead costs in line with ABC drivers.
• Participate in Kaizen events to improve productivity and prepare analysis to support new capital equipment investments.
• Directly manage a team of five. 

Qualifications required:

• A Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or business.
• CPA or CMA is desired; however not required.
• 7+ years of accounting experience, with 5+ years of operational & accounting supervision. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills 
• Manufacturing experience and an understanding of ABC drivers.  

Salary range - $80 – 87K + 25% Target bonus
