Love’s Travel Stops & Country Store’s, Inc. is now hiring for the following position: Tire Service / Facilities Maintenance ManagerReports To: General ManagerWaddy, KY store will open Feb. 2010Responsibilities:
- Promote sales growth and profits of tire shop
- Thoroughly train tire technicians
- Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude
- Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Facilities maintenance/ Grounds keeping
- Exhibit Love’s pledge of 'doing what is right for our employees' at all times
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years experience in tire, auto parts/repair, automotive mechanic, or Lube Express
- Experience supervising and training 7 or more employees
- Facilities maintenance background a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Proven budget and P&L skills
- PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Relocation may be required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, sit, and/or stand for up to 12 hours at a time
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
