Assitant Manager Travel Stops
Assistant Manager - Retail - Travel Stop Responsibilities: Promote sales growth and profits Thoroughly train workforce Exhibit and teach a customer focused attitude Promptly execute merchandising and operational programs Demonstrate a sense of urgency and attention to detail Maintain a highly clean facility at all times Exhibit Love's pledge of 'doing what is right for our employees' at all times
Preferred Qualifications: 1 - 3 years retail management experience Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2-$7 million Experience supervising and training 2 - 5 employees Valid driver’s license Proven budget and P&L skills PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
