Description

We are currently hiring dedicated, hard-working individuals for our customer, a Tier-1 supplier to a major automotive company, on the far East side of Columbus.

 

These 1st and 2nd shift positions are LONG TERM positions working in a climate controlled manufacturing environment just minutes away from I-270.

 

Successful candidates:

  • must be flexible and able to handle a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • must provide proof of high school diploma/GED at time of application
  • must be able to work in a regimented environment that includes a dress code
  • must have excellent past work history
  • must be looking for a long term position

 

These positions are entry level, so no manufacturing experience is necessary, but a commitment to a strong work ethic is!

  • Employees will be working in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Employees are expected to stand for the entire shift, up to 12 hours when necessary
  • Employees will use a variety of hand tools in the manufacture/assembly process
  • Employees must be able to lift up to 35lbs. repetively for an entire shift
  • Employee attendance is crucial.  Employees must be able to commit to the work schedule assigned.
