Highly visible Call Center Manager will be responsible for providing motivational leadership and managing the daily activities of up to 45 customer service personnel and inside sales associates to ensure successful completion of productivity and sales targets. This position reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
-managing call center functions, inbound and outbound B2B, and inbound B2C calls.
-building a growing a strong team of customer and sales-oriented associates
-working with sales and marketing to develop campaign strategies for sales staff
-analyzing sales statistics to formulate sales goals and objectives
-traveling to customer accounts and/or trade conferences, as needed
