Attorney's and Sr. Attorney's NEEDED - Direct Hire - Full Time - Permanent

Brand new work environment - centrally located right here in Omaha Nebraska

Actively seeking seasoned Attorney's for one of Omaha largest National Title Insurance Company. Salary is open depending on experience.

Will be working with Title Insurance Claims from start to finish. Will hire outside counsel when needed for litigation matters. Working experience in Title Insurance, Contract or Claims Litigation is desired. Will be performing periodic evaluations of overall effectiveness and accuracy of estimations, provide counsel on claims of a complex/serious litigation matters. Will also be administrating resolution of major complex claims towards the insured.
