Capital Markets Processes professionals are involved in supporting the Capital Markets industry including investment management firms, securities firms, depositories, clearing organizations and exchanges.
As a Management Consulting Senior Manager, you will be leading teams to identify, shape and deliver high value transformation programs to respond to our clients' strategic business challenges. You will develop strong client relationships, qualify opportunities and manage programs and their delivery through multidisciplinary teams to achieve key business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities may include:
• Leveraging specialist industry experience in front-office trading and sales system design to share leading practice, industry standards, relevant trends, technologies and Accenture's capabilities.
• Serving as a key member of the leadership team for client engagements, to increase revenue and manage the engagement delivery within a front-office sales and trading environment.
• Utilizing detailed knowledge of the client organizational structure and culture globally, and key relationships.
• Projecting delivery involving a combination of business analysis, functional architecture and project management, including front-office sales and trading system technology for the build out of a new common service layer for a global sales division.
• Delivering application requirements and design documentation for the enforcement of sensitive client information policy.
• Managing other resources on the project, including setting direction and tasks, coaching, and assessing performance.
• Modeling current and future deal economics, monitoring margin and expenses, preparing invoices, maintaining opportunity management entries across the account, the opportunity QA process, and advocating people development activities.
Requirements
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Physical Sciences (e.g. Chemistry/Physics), or Humanities.
• 5years of experience in the related occupations of Manager, Associate, Consultant, or related field.
• 3 years of experience with bespoke application design of front office sales and trading systems
• 3 years of consulting experience with Capital Markets clients
• 3 years of experience within the Capital Markets Industry
• 2 years of experience with proprietary deal management and forecasting tools, such as sales opportunity tracking tools, pricing tools, and deal forecasting tools
• 2 years of experience as a Program Manager
