Corporate Controller We are looking for a talented, flexible, experienced professional with the ability to support our day-to-day accounting operation, revenue recognition, preparation of monthly close and board reports, financial planning and modeling, and sales operations (deal desk/deal approvals, forecast support, commission plan design, commission accounting). It is essential that the person we hire have technical familiarity with SaaS / subscription software accounting issues, and great communication skills to work with me and my management team. Quickbooks converting to Netsuite or Intacct in next year.
* Experience as a senior level finance and accounting professional * 10+ years of financial experience CPA required * Bachelor’s degree at a minimum * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced, fast growing company where adaptability is imperative * Demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging trends and relevant legislation that impacts accounting, taxation and financial reporting * Experience with varied financial reporting, accounting and business practices * Successful track record in driving both strategic and operational activities. * Demonstrated ability to contribute to business plan formulation as well as execution * Extreme attention to detail (the importance of detail orientation, particularly in the review of analyses cannot be overemphasized) * Demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching staff and creating high performing teams * Ability to interact with executives and across functions * Ability to quickly grasp company operations and business drivers * Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and written, willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think quickly and present to an audience * Self-motivated, innovative, and ability to initiate and lead change * Highest professional standards and personal and professional integrity * Experience in the technology industry preferred
