As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls answering customers' questions over the phone and offering them a variety of products to increase the customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
Must have at least six months customer service experience. Preferably a minimum of one year.
Must be able to pass the background screening
Must have a stable work history
Must have strong work ethics
We are aggressively pursuing candidates who have strong computer navigational skills
Must be available to meet scheduling requirements. PLEASE NOTE: The majority of work schedules will be within the evening hours.
Must be able to attend 7 weeks of training with good attendance.
