Job Description
The Commodity Trading and Risk Management Subject Matter Specialist and Business Analyst (SBA) plays a critical role in helping to sell and deliver to clients. The SBA is responsible for helping to sell, helping to deliver, helping to develop assets and helping to develop skills. The SBA, preferably, will be versatile to work across industries/markets and is expected to work across geographies but with a primary focus on their base geography.

Basic Qualifications:
• At least 5 years experience working with commodity trading organizations to design and implement front-to-back office solutions, where "solutions" encompasses people/talent, business processes, technology and data management.
• At least 5 years of direct experience with the front-to-back business requirements across multiple commodities, including the following: crude and oil products, natural gas, electricity, base metals, emissions
Preferred Skills:
• Proven track record of others viewing the candidate as a specialist, internal and/or external to candidate's organization
• An understanding of the business performance metrics influenced by trading
• Familiarity with Openlink, Triplepoint, SolArc and other relevant technologies
• Familiarity with the integration architecture for aforementioned packages with SAP, credit systems, logistics systems, exchanges, tax systems and other relevant touch points via middleware (preferably TIBCO) or point-to-point
• Familiarity with architectures for reference and master data management
