Program Scheduler II:

We are currently looking for all grades of Program Schedule Analysts in the aerospace / DOD industry to support aircraft modification programs. You will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining schedules within Microsoft Project

• Updating the schedule with production work orders from SAP

• Coordinating schedule dependencies and status updates with aircraft production, Engineering, Materials/Procurement, and Manufacturing

• Reviewing and analyzing resource allocations

• Performing critical path and near-critical path schedule analyses

• Identifying and assisting in mitigation of program schedule risk

• Performing in-depth analyses and preparing reports on schedule performance for management review

• Business/technical bachelor degree + a minimum of 2 years directly related experience in any of the following: financial analysis, project planning/coordination, program cost schedule, production scheduling, program control, and/or technical experience in aerospace industry.
• With Business/technical assoc degree must have a minimum of 6 years directly related experience in any of the following: financial analysis, project planning/coordination, program cost schedule, production scheduling, program control, and/or technical experience in aerospace industry. Must also have Microsoft Project experience with Assoc degree.
• With H/S diploma or GED must have a minimum of 10 years directly related experience in any of the following: financial analysis, project planning/coordination, program cost schedule, production scheduling, program control, and/or technical experience in aerospace industry. Must also have Microsoft Project experience with H/S diploma or GED.
• Must have Microsoft Office software experience in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance.
