Description

Multinational Airline is seeking for a Chief Inspector for its Repair Station at Miami, Florida.


DESCRIPTION:

The main objective of this position is to promote and control that maintenance processes at the Repair Station and remote locations are done in compliance with FAA and Company’s regulations.

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:

  • Guarantee the compliance with Regulatory Quality Standards and with policies and procedures defined by the Repair Station.

  • Maintain a continuous control of airworthiness.

  • Promote and control the compliance with standard maintenance practices in all locations.

  • Guarantee that releases of aircrafts and its components are done following the existing policies and procedures.

  • Implement quality policies.

  • Manage and evaluate the performance of the department.

Requirements QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Bachelor Degree (completed).

  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.

  • At least 10 years of hands-on experience in the aviation industry.

  • Good working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations.

  • Sound knowledge of aeronautics.

  • Solid technical knowledge of large commercial aircrafts (Boeing, Airbus).
