Description Now Calling: Wireless Sales Managers

Looking for a rewarding management opportunity? Can you spot talent? Do you have superior leadership skills? Requirements

1 year of management/related work experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be reliable and have high personal integrity.
Computer literate.
High school diploma or equivalent, some college course work preferred.
A proven track record in commission-based retail sales is highly desired.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
Ability to recruit, hire and train sales associate team to drive sales.
Implement and enforce all policies and procedures to ensure the optimum sales experience for customers.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in some markets.
