Tow Truck Operator

Job Summary:

AAA is seeking dedicated, customer service focused individuals for their Towmark division.   As the face of AAA, this person will represent the commitment to excellent service in dealing with customers on a daily basis.

Job Requirements:

• 1+ yrs experience in tow truck operations helpful but not required
• Knowledge of automotive repair & service techniques helpful but not required, training can be provided.
• 1+ yr current experience in an interactive primarily customer facing position is required.  (Comparable experience would include but not limited to package delivery drivers, maintenance or repair technicians)
• Must be professional, courteous and demonstrate excellent customer service, and embrace the above and beyond attitude of AAA.
• Valid NC Drivers license, no current suspensions or unpaid tickets (non CDL)
• Willingness and flexibility to work 1^st or 2^nd shifts, mandatory OT and holidays as needed, be primarily outdoors including extended weather conditions
• Must be willing and able to drive for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to pass DOT physical & drug screen
• Must be 25 yrs of age for the Towmark, Tow Truck Driver positions.
