Regional Recruiting Manager

Mac Tools, a division of The Stanley Works, is one of the world’s most recognized brands in the professional automotive tool industry, and has been so for more than 70 years.  Currently, we have an opportunity for an energetic professional to join our team as a Regional Recruiting Manager.

The Job:

This role is responsible for recruiting independent business owners/candidates based on defined behaviors critical to successful independent business ownership.  Prior experience in screening and behavioral interviewing is required and necessary to identify viable distributors.

The Fit:

How do you know if you’re the right fit?

• You have at least 1-2 years experience recruiting in a franchise or independent owner business model
• Have at least 3 years as a professional recruiter, research analyst, or retained search provider.
• You have been responsible for brokering franchises & independent owner businesses.
• You know how to proactively source candidates in places besides job boards.
• You have a positive attitude that people are drawn to.  Your energy and enthusiasm is contagious; your passion and integrity are palpable.
• You know how to network with people who are “on the ground" and in the field not behind a desk.
• You like a challenge, the thrill of the deal, are driven to exceed expectations, and are tireless.
• You will connect with up to 100 people a day or more if that’s what it takes to get the job done.
• You can quickly “close" a candidate and make it seem effortless.
