Description Description

We are currently looking to hire 10 Inbound Sales Representatives for our clients travel company located in Doylestown, PA.

In this role you will be responsible for taking calls and web queries from prospective customers and discussing travel options with them.

Responsibilities:

Taking inbound phone calls from customers and prospective customers.
Arranging vacations with customers.
Respond to customer inquiries
Problem resolution

Requirements Requirements

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Call Center or travel related position
Strong Data Entry skills
Excellent phone skills
Detail-oriented, professional, team player
Strong MS Office skills
Bachelors Degree Preferred
