Supervisor Position

We are currently looking for a top-performing Collections professional to join our Management Team!

With sites in Philadelphia, Jacksonville, and Sioux Falls, NCB Management Services, Inc. is a national Accounts Receivable Management firm specializing in Collections for banks and clients across the country. 

Due to our continued growth in our Sioux Falls site, we are looking for an individual to supervise a team of 10-15 collectors.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Collections Supervisory experience a must
• 3^rd party collections experience preferred
• Ability to manage performance and expectations across teams
• A proven track record of success in the Collections industry
• Must be self-motivated and have excellent communication, training, coaching and developmental skills

This individual will work closely with other members of the management team to ensure that their team meets daily, weekly, and monthly goals.  In addition, they will be a key player in the growth of our Sioux Falls facility.
