Needed to work in Des Moines and Surrounding Areas

We train!

These positions are based out of our Des Moines system and are responsible for installation, audits, changes of service, disconnects, service calls, on-call and upselling of our cable, internet and telephone services in customer’s homes.

Following training, the position will

 Monday- Friday 10am – 7pm or
Tues through Saturday 7:30-4:30pm

plus overtime as needed.

Installer 
Primarily focused on front line customer contact. Perform and learn a variety of duties pertaining to cable television installation in customer’s homes, from the tap to the television set. In addition to handling changes of service, additional outlet installation, disconnection of service, payment collection and any special requests customers may have in regard to installation. Basic troubleshooting from the tap to the customer premises equipment may also be performed.

We’re looking for qualified candidates who:

• Enjoy working with the public
• Can perform physical labor (lift/carry 70lbs)
• Can climb ladders/poles
• Love to work in all kinds of weather
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record (less than 4 moving violations, no suspensions or OWI’s within last 3 years)
• Must have a hIgh School diploma or GED

We offer an excellent benefits package along with an hourly rate of $10.00 plus an outstanding commission plan.  Company vehicle and tools provided. 

Successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen, background records check and MVR check is required.
