Our client is looking for a Workers Compensation Examiner with 5+ years of LOST TIME experience in Nevada and Califonia. The candidate will work on a pending of 100 to 120 pending files. Great salary range offer for qualified candidates!!!

Requirements

Handle litigation referrals, settlements, and lien negotiations with claimants, attorneys and lien holders

Claim management includes taking recorded statements, interviewing injured workers, witnesses and employers

Schedule medical, legal, and investigative appointments

Aggressively pursued all claim resolution opportunities, which most effectively managed payout, i.e. return to work, discontinuance of benefits through litigation.

Handle payments, rehab notices, & QRR referrals

Ensure the timely bi-weekly payments of claimants temporary, permanent and vocational rehabilitation disability benefits

Assist the Legal, Underwriting, Medical Management, Customer Service and Fraud departments with claim investigation

Nevada claims handling experience a must

Multi-State experience preferred
