They are in search of a self-starting leader that can handle complete logistical deployment after the sale to their in-market clients. This includes being responsible for the oversight of network phases of construction in conjunction with market revenue goals.  This includes:

·         Oversight of implementation including equipment procurement, labor fulfilment, scheduling, time and resource management

·         Coordination of all permits and licenses with local authorities if applicable

·         Accurate reporting of network completion stages to in-market sales and marketing teams

·         Regular status update reporting to headquarters team

·         Any additional other tactical project requirements

This individual will work closely with the project and program management teams and will report up through the sales organization. He/she will be a bridge between field and business operations, possessing the technical knowledge as well as the business savvy to complete all assigned projects on time and within budget. This is a “hands on" position and the qualified candidate will be expected to ensure that all elements of the project are met without delay in all phases of implementation.

The Business Deployment Operations Manager will be required to spend the first 30-60 days at the project site, or until the requirements have been satisfied. Afterwards, follow up on-site visits will be required and may involve extensive travel.

Qualifications:

·         Must have thorough knowledge of wireless RF technologies

·         Must understand routing, voice switching, IP technology

·         Must have a proven track record of being a self-starter

·         Must have spent significant time in an active sales environment

·         Must be able to work well under pressure and demonstrate considerable organizational skills

Requirements:

·           10-15 years of experience with exposure to sales support and network operations

·           Bachelor’s degree desired. In the absence of a formal education must possess vendor   certifications and considerable field experience

·           Must be willing to travel up to 50% during deployments

·           Must have experience in directing project managers and local sales teams

·           Working knowledge of Spanish helpful
