District Marketing Manager

Candidates must be willing to travel within Regional area(Tarrant County) assigned in Texas.  Position includes excellent salary, benefit package and incentive program.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

For Current Locations:

• Determine place within market, SWOTs to increasing market share
• Develop strategies and plans to increase census
• Partner and coach facilities to accomplish strategic objectives in increasing revenue
• Teach and coach superior customer service
• Improve revenue and quality mix of patients
• Look for opportunities for wider business development, including potential markets for ancillary business units
• Conduct periodic market analyses in current and potential markets
• Periodically assist in opening  newly constructed skilled nursing facilities

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Close working relationship with facility based marketers

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS and WORK ENVIRONMENT
Employee is required to sit, stand, and walk daily.  The position is located in healthcare facility environment.  Employee may lift up 50 plus pounds.
