CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Position Description

Join the customer service team working in a large call center providing superior customer service and processing transactions for the communications industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming phone calls, process customer orders.
- Knowledge of services and ability to explain services and products to customer
- Provide polite and professional service to customers
- Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy in performing job
- Ensure all calls are answered in a timely and efficient manner
- Meet department productivity and quality standards
- Remain available at his/her workstations throughout shift, with the exception of approved break periods
Company runs 24/7 so you need to be flexible within Early Morning or Evening blocks of time
All positions require a background and drug test.
Position Summary & Requirements
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
Experience within a fast-paced, challenging environment
Strong customer service focus
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school education or equivalent. This position also requires excellent communication skills, ability to resolve customer problems, attention to detail and data entry experience.
