Summary- Commercial Leasing Representative :

A position is available in the Charlotte area to lease commercial  retail space. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and a real estate license. Boxer Property offers medical, dental, vision, long term disability, optional life insurance, and 401K. All candidates must include a resume along with salary history and requirements.



Responsibilities:

Maintain an accurate in depth knowledge of all aspects of the assigned properties; to include all vacancies, small tenancy, major tenants, and lease expirations.

Effectively and continuously articulate the features and benefits of the properties to brokers and prospects directly, through meetings, presentations, real estate organizations, mailings, etc.
Inform supervisor of market conditions and marketplace feedback.

Generate new leads by conducting sales calls and distributing marketing materials to competing properties when necessary.
 
Conduct property tours highlighting the amenities of the properties, suites and surrounding location.
 
Interact directly with prospects, tenants, and brokers by telephone, e-mail, or in person while updating the company’s contact management system daily. 
 
Negotiate terms, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and procedures for all leasing transactions.
 
Negotiate and finalize renewal and expansion transactions with existing tenants and brokers.
 
 Utilize the Company’s floor plan software to assist with the design and development of space plans and construction drawings.
 
Work with the Construction Department to obtain build out estimates in order to determine financial feasibility of leasing transactions.

Requirements

 

Candidate must have Bachelor’s degree, real estate license and at least one year of experience in leasing.

Exceptional organizational skills are absolutely vital to this position.

Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to successfully maneuver within both corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

Must have persuasive presentation and negotiation skills.

Ability to read and understand commercial lease documents.

Computer literacy is a must – especially Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Salesforce.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
