LEADING MEDICAL DEVICE MANUFACTURER SEEKING A SENIOR BRAND MANAGER
The Marketing Manager will manage the interface between the Marketing Department and field sales for assigned product categories. Develops and coordinates all communication to the field sales force on the implementation of marketing strategies and tactics in order to achieve revenue objectives. Also, has full responsibility for the management of the promotional planning, implementation and ROI process.
Manages and coordinates communications between the Marketing Department and Field Sales for assigned product categories
Work closely with the assigned business unit to develop and implement promotional plans
Works with the assigned business unit to develop and implement product line pricing strategies based on evaluation of economic conditions and competition.
Participates in the collection and analysis of data pertinent to the Division’s business
Keeps up-to-date in new developments in the field, analyzes and reports data patterns which affect the marketing of products and makes recommendations to enhance produce functionality and profitability.
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
6+ year’s business experience in Customer or Field Marketing, Brand Management and/or Field Sales.
Experience in Customer, Trade or Field Marketing, or National Accounts.
CPG or OTC healthcare experience preferrable
Demonstrated experience in product and project management
New product launch experience.
Knowledge of financial statements and budget management
Direct Marketing experience
Extensive experience with direct mail campaigns, telesales campaigns and programming and web based initiatives.
Good analytical skills
Goal focused, task oriented, able to communicate well
