Description Store Manager
You are a charismatic leader! As an enthusiastic team leader you hire, train, motivate and coach employees to ensure the highest standards of quality, customer service and cleanliness. You assist the Store Owner in conducting weekly sales analysis from which you plan your employee schedules and inventory ordering requirements. You have a “can do” disposition and easily plan and execute methods of increasing sales and achieving targeted costs.

Your 3 -5 years of food service experience in a supervisory role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching employees makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
